How to Buy a Car in 1 hour or less...

You may wonder why it sometimes takes a while to purchase a car at dealerships. It comes as no suprise to customers when we ask them for many items of paperwork that are necessary for the banks to finance your new vehicle loan. It comes as no suprise to the dealer when we learn that the customers don't have all of those items in their car. This is what tends to take the longest. So, the following is some helpful information to help you as well as your friends and family to purchase a vehicle in less than half of the normal time.
Customers will often ask us what they should bring when they come to purchase their next new or pre-owned vehicles. So many times, items are forgotten at home that are required to process your deal. Just remember the following list when you wonder what you should bring with you regardless of your credit history:
Driver's License
Registration if trading in a vehicle
Title of the vehicle you are trading if you have it
Last two pay stubs from your current job - these must be computerized, not hand-written
*If self employed bring last years tax returns
Proof of Roof (which means any bill showing your name and address to prove that you live there - such as an electric or water bill, phone bills are also used for this often)
References (2-6 people with their full address and phone number)

This may sound like a lot but it truly will cut your time down in half at the dealership. Having these things ready in advance will make your next experience even more hassle-free and faster therefore giving you even more time to enjoy your next vehicle!
