Wranglers and Rubicons rip it up in the desert at 50th annual Easter Jeep Safari

The roar of engines! The rattle of Wranglers! The oh-so-satisfying squeak of suspensions being put to the test! Yes, that's right folks, it's Easter Jeep Safari time. But it won't be for long! The Easter Jeep Safari is ending in a couple of days, and we have to confess, we're a bit jealous we didn't get to go this year.

This year marked the 50th anniversary of the Easter Jeep Safari, a gathering of Jeep brand off-road enthusiasts in Moab, Utah. Not for the faint of heart or those fearful of scrapes, scuffs, and scratches, the Safari is a getaway for the more rugged variety. It's also a proving ground for Jeep's newest toys. In addition to all the Wranglers and Rubicon 4x4's you see in this video, Jeep brand also showed off it's new Trailcat, a monstrous Wrangler mod fitted with a Hellcat V8 engine.

These vehicles have been tearing up the trails for the better part of two weeks out in Moab and while the festivities are coming to a close, Jeep brand has shown once again that when it comes to off-roading, nothing will do but a Jeep vehicle.
